Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
You will be charged on the day of purchase and every 30 days unless the subscription is paused or cancelled.
See the product page for details on when your items will be shipped each month.
The subscriptions will be sent to the same address entered as the delivery address at checkout. If this address is going to change, please let us know at least 1 week in advance of the subscription being sent.
Our subscriptions will automatically renew every 30 days. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time by logging into your Bouclé account here. You can manage your subscription from there. You can also manage your subscription by logging into your account on this website. From there click 'My Account' > 'Manage Subscriptions' and cancel any subscription that is linked to that account.
Alternatively contact us 3 days before the next subscription payment is going to be taken and we can cancel it for you.
