  • Apply your favourite serum, oil, or moisturiser on freshly cleansed skin. We love a nourishing jojoba oil.

  • Begin rolling gently at the neck area.

  • Move up towards the jawline and cheeks, rolling outwards towards your hairline.

  • Use the smaller stone to roll very gently around your eye area.

  • Repeat on the other side of your face.

  • Perform outward and upward strokes with your roller for 5-10 minutes daily.
